Western Michigan is coming off a pair of losses on the road last week and enters Tuesday's contest with an overall record of 8-8 and 1-2 in MAC play. Last time out, on Saturday night, the Broncos fell to MAC West foe Toledo, 67-59. WMU is led by the duo of redshirt junior

Against Toledo last Saturday,
Brandon Johnson scored a career-high 23 points on 8-of-19 shooting from the field. It was Johnson's fifth career 20-point performance and fourth this season. Johnson ranks second on the team and 10
th in the MAC at 15.1 points per game.
Home Court Advantage
The Broncos are 6-1 inside University Arena for the first time since the 2015-16 campaign. It's WMU's best start at home since going 7-1 during the 2014-15 season. At home WMU is averaging 79.6 points per game and owns an average margin of victory of 13.3 points.

Michael Flowers leads the Broncos and ranks second in the MAC at 17.5 points per game. Flowers ranks in the top 20 in the conference in field goal percentage (.451) while standing fifth in the MAC in three-point field goal percentage (.419) and second in free-throw percentage (.872).

Scouting the Competition
The preseason MAC favorites are riding a two-game win streak and currently have an overall record of 11-5 and 2-1 in conference play. After dropping its first MAC game, Bowling Green has registered back-to-back victories over Miami and Ohio. BGSU is led by the trio of Justin Turner, Dylan Fyre and Daeqwon Plowden who are each averaging in double figures.
