  • The Bronco Ticket Office is located at Waldo Stadium and is closed on the weekends, except for Bronco Home Football games
    • Parking is available for the ticket office in Lot 9
  • The Bronco Ticket Office located at University Arena and Lawson Ice Arena are only open the day of events. (See specific sports for operation hours at these locations)

BRONCO TICKET OFFICE HOURS (MONDAY-FRIDAY)

  • 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    GAME DAYS:
  • Football: the Bronco Ticket Office at Waldo Stadium opens three (3) hours prior to game time
  • The ticket offices at Hockey and Read Fieldhouse open 1.5 hours prior to game time for other ticketed events. 

GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION AND POLICIES

  • Tickets can be purchased via phone, online, or in person
  • WMU Athletics accepts Visa, Mastercard, or Discover
  • All checks should be made payable to Western Michigan University
  • WMU Faculty and Staff can purchase season tickets through payroll deduction

  • Game times and dates are subject to change. Refunds will not be issued due to game time changes.
  • Handicap seating is available in all venues. Please call the Bronco Ticket Office to purchase tickets for more information
  • Any patron three years of age or older will require a ticket
  • Admission to all WMU athletic events is subject to inspection and search of prohibited items

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will my tickets be mailed?

  • Tickets will be mailed on the next business day
Does my small child need a ticket?
  • Children two (2) and under will not need a ticket provided they sit on a parent's lap
What age is considered a youth?
  • Children eighth grade or younger qualify for youth prices
Where is handicap seating?
  • WALDO STADIUM: Handicap seating is available at the top of sections B and F, above sections CC and EE and in section N or M
  • UNIVERSITY ARENA: Handicap seating is available in the upper level in front of sections BB and CC
  • LAWSON ICE ARENA: Handicap seating is available above section 22
Where is handicap parking?
  • WALDO STADIUM: Handicap parking is available in Lot #6 at the East end of Waldo Stadium and in Lot #4 off of Oakland Drive across from the Seeyle Center
  • UNIVERSITY ARENA: Handicap parking is available in Lot #16 on the West side of University Arena
  • LAWSON ICE ARENA: There are handicap parking spots available in the lots around Lawson Ice Arena. The closest would be located in the lot directly behind the arena.
Where is the best place to park if I don't have a parking pass?
  • WALDO STADIUM: General public parking is located off of Oakland Drive, Stadium Drive and West Michigan Avenue. Parking is $10 per vehicle to be paid upon entering a lot. Additional parking has been added along Oakland Drive, near the corner of Oakland Drive and Howard Street. Upwards of 700 new parking spaces in the Zhang Collection area will provide a great parking location within a close proximity to Waldo Stadium. This new parking area will be clearly marked from Oakland Drive. A free shuttle service runs continuously beginning three (3) hours prior to kickoff. Shuttles will continue to service a number of tailgating lots, with the drop-off to the stadium at the corner of Stadium Drive and West Michigan Avenue, across from Gate 1.
  • UNIVERSITY ARENA: Parking is available in all lots 13, 16 & 94 surrounding University Arena. Please note, the south portion of Lot 13 is reserved for pass holders. Parking is also available in Ebert Field Lot off of Oliver Street and in the newly constructed Hilltop parking structure
  • LAWSON ICE ARENA: There are several lots surrounding Lawson Ice Arena and are open to the general public for parking. The only reserved lot is Lot 63 and one must have a parking pass to park in this lot.
