• WMU won its MAC road opener for the first time since defeating Central Michigan in the 2009-10 season
• Connar Tava is shooting 16-of-17 (.941) over the last two games, and is averaging 23.5 points per game in that span as well
• David Brown extended his streak of consecutive games with double-digit points to 19 games with a game-high 25 points against the RedHawks
• The Broncos shot 56.1 percent from the field for the game, marking five straight games in which they've shot 45.0 percent or better from the field
• The Broncos are 2-0 in conference play for the first time since winning two straight to start the 2009-10 season
