First Half

• Starters: Ward, Douglas, Hutcheson, Whitfield, Stainbrook
• Nate Hutcheson scored a game-high 15 points in the first half, the only player on either side to reach double-digits
• The Broncos out-rebounded the Eagles 17-13
• WMU held their biggest lead of the half at the 13:59 mark when Austin Richie hit a three-pointer from the left corner
• The Broncos never allowed the Eagles to take the lead in the half, with Hutcheson thwarting their best opportunity by draining a trey at the 5:18 mark to give WMU a 22-18 lead
• The Broncos out-scored the Eagles 12-8 in the paint
• Mike Douglas had three assists, leaving him just two shy of 400 for his career; he would be just the third player in program history with 400 assists

Second Half

• Mike Douglas recorded five assists in the second half and overtime to become the third player in program history to reach 400 career assists, joining Brian Snider and Billy Stanback
• The Broncos' first overtime game since winning at Miami 73-68 on January 29, 2011
• Nate Hutcheson finished with 21 points, his second game this season with 20+ points
• The Broncos outscored EMU 28-18 in the paint
