CLEVELAND – The Mid-American Conference office announced the seedings and bracket for the 2023 MAC Volleyball Championship following the final matches of the regular season on Wednesday night. As the regular season conference champion, Western Michigan earned the No. 1 seed and will host the tournament at University Arena, starting on Saturday, Nov. 18. WMU has a bye into the semifinals, and is set to play the winner of the first quarterfinal on Sunday at 4 pm.
 
The tournament begins on Saturday with a pair of quarterfinal matches. The first quarterfinal pits No. 4 seed Ohio against No. 5 seed Toledo. The winner of that contest advances to face the Broncos in the first semifinal contest on Sunday.

On the other side of the bracket, Saturday's second quarterfinal sees No. 3 seed Ball State match up with No. 6 seed Bowling Green, with the winner taking on No. 2 seed Buffalo in Sunday's second semifinal. The winners of the two semifinals meet in the championship match on Monday at 6:30 pm.
 
All matches are set to be streamed on ESPN+. The complete tournament schedule is as follows:
 
Saturday, Nov. 18
Match 1: No. 4 Ohio vs. No. 5 Toledo – 4 PM
Match 2: No. 3 Ball State vs. No. 6 Bowling Green – 6:30 PM
 
Sunday, Nov. 19
Match 3: No. 1 Western Michigan vs Match 1 Winner – 4 PM
Match 4: No. 2 Buffalo vs Match 2 Winner – 6:30 PM
 
Monday, Nov. 20
Match 5: Match 3 Winner vs Match 4 Winner – 6:30 PM
