Scouting the Broncos
Western Michigan enters its first Mid-American Conference road game with an overall record of 2-6 and 1-2 in conference play. The Broncos are currently riding a two-game losing streak and look to capture its first win at Kent State since Jan. 23, 2014.
Double Digit White
Sophomore guard B. Artis White has scored in double figures in seven of the first eight contests this season. In his last performance against Toledo White led the Broncos with 17 points, marking the fifth straight game the sophomore guard has scored in double figures.
Sweet Lee
Against Toledo last Saturday, senior
Greg Lee earned his second double-double of the season with 11 points and a career-high 15 rebounds. Of Lee's 15 rebounds, five came on the offensive glass. Lee leads WMU at 7.6 rebounds per game.
The WMU Big Three
The trio of
Greg Lee, B. Artis White and sophomore
Titus Wright are all averaging double digit points for WMU this season. The trio has combined to score 289 points, accounting for 56.9 percent of WMU's total offense.
Lockdown Broncos
WMU has had one of the top defenses in the conference during the early portion of the 2020-21 campaign, ranking first in the MAC in scoring defense. WMU has also held opponents to just 41 percent shooting from the field, the second best mark in the conference.

Western Michigan has 71 offensive rebounds this season, which ranks 8
