The doubles accolade stands as the second of the year for the Broncos' top doubles pair, as Opitz and Nouchi also received the award Feb. 20.Â

Kennosuke Nouchi at No. 1 doubles helped the Broncos claim the doubles point during the 4-3 win over Valparaiso last Thursday, defeating Brandon Ancona / Kweisi Kenyatte 7-6, improving to 6-1 on the season.Â
Western Michigan returns to action on Sunday March 10, hosting Drake University at 10 a.m. inside West Hills Athletic Club. Â
