KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan men's tennis team continues is long road trip, heading to Purdue University to take on the Biolermakers on Friday at 4 p.m. and then Yale on Saturday at 2 p.m. at PU's Schwartz Tennis Center.
LAST WEEK
Western Michigan split matches up at the University of Wisconsin, falling to the Badgers 6-1 and rebounding to beat Omaha, 5-2.Â
THE COMPETITION
Purdue is 2-3 on the season and has lost his last two matches, falling at Harvard 4-3 last week and to No. 6 Ohio State, 4-0, back on Jan. 24.Â
Yale is 4-1 on the season. The Bulldogs lost to Notre Dame, 4-3, to open their dual match season and then have rattled off four straight wins, most recently against Oklahoma State and Boston.Â

Ashton Adesoro currently sits with 99 total wins in his career, needing just one more to reach the century mark. Adesoro sits just 19 wins outside of the top 50 in the Broncos' all-time total wins list.Â
ALMOST OVER
Western Michigan's eight-match road trip is almost over. The Broncos wrap it up next Friday a Michigan and then return to West Hills Athletic Club in two weeks, Feb. 20, for a double-header against Marquette and Ferris State. WMU then hosts Michigan State on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 1 p.m.Â
