Scouting the Broncos
Western Michigan earned a thrilling 76-74 victory over Northern Illinois on Tuesday for its first Mid-American Conference win. The Broncos now sit with an overall record of 7-17, 1-10 in conference play.
Double-Double Dugan
Senior
Seth Dugan has registered three straight double-doubles including 26 points and 11 rebounds on Tuesday versus Northern Illinois for his 11th of the season. Dugan's 11 double-doubles ranks fifth in a single-season in school history.

Dugan and sophomore
Michael Flowers each rank in the top ten in the MAC in scoring. Dugan ranks ninth at 16.2 points while Flowers leads the team and ranks eighth at 16.3 points per game. WMU along with CMU are the only two schools to have two players in the top ten in scoring.

Dugan has been dominant in conference play, averaging 17.5 points and 9.8 rebounds in MAC play. The Otsego, Mich., native has recorded six of his 11 double-doubles this season in conference play.

After missing three games due to an injury, junior
Jared Printy provided a much needed offensive spark off the bench against NIU on Tuesday. Printy scored in double figures for the first time since Jan.12 with 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting from the field.
Scouting the Opponent
Kent State currently sits in third place in the MAC East with a conference record of 6-4 and 17-6 overall. The Golden Flashes are coming off a 72-53 loss at Akron last Friday. KSU has four players averaging in double figures led by Jaylin Walker at 22.4 points per game.
