Behind a double-double from former Bronco
Josh Davis, Western Michigan pulled away late in overtime for a 85-77 victory at Oakland last season. WMU ended the game on an 8-0 run for its first win at Oakland since 2014.
Home Court Advantage
With a 3-0 record at home, WMU can clinch its first 4-0 home start since the 2015-16 campaign. Inside University Arena WMU is averaging 89.3 points per game and is averaging a margin of victory of 22 points.

On the Horizon (League)
Over the past three seasons WMU is 6-1 against Horizon League opponents. Oakland will be the second of three Horizon League teams WMU will face this season.
The Broncos defeated Milwaukee back on Nov. 9, 115-110 in triple overtime and will square off with Youngstown State on Saturday, Dec. 7.

Oakland heads into Tuesday's contest with an overall record of 4-4 and will face is third straight MAC team after falling to Toledo on Saturday. The Golden Grizzlies are led by Xavier Hill-Mais, who leads the team with 13.9 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.
