The men's game will be the second game of a Saturday doubleheader at University Arena as the women's basketball teams opens up MAC play against Bowling Green at 2:00 p.m. Women's ticket holders can exchange their ticket stub following the game for a free men's game ticket.
Scouting the Broncos
WMU heads into its final non-conference game with a record of 7-5 and is coming off a 66-63 victory on the road at Milwaukee on Dec. 22. Against Milwaukee, senior guard
Thomas Wilder registered 16 points along with six rebounds, five assists and three steals. The Broncos seek their eighth non-conference victory, the most since capturing nine back in 2014.

Since 2003, the Broncos are an impressive 61-16 against non-conference opponents inside University Arena. WMU has won five of the last seven home games against non-conference opponents.

Brandon Johnson collects five or more rebounds, the Broncos are 5-2 this season … As a team, when WMU records at least 15 assists the Broncos are 3-1.

Head coach
Steve Hawkins is closing in on career win number 400 and needs just three more wins to do so. Hawkins would be one of just 130 coaches in NCAA men's basketball history to reach the 400-win plateau.
Scouting Chicago State
Chicago State heads into Saturday's contest with an overall record of 2-14 and has dropped its last 10 games. The Cougars last victory came on Nov. 21 at home against East-West, 113-65. CSU is fresh off an 82-70 loss at Wisconsin on Wednesday.
