WESTERN MICHIGAN at OHIO GAME NOTES

Senior forward/guard Martelle McLemore tied his career high with 24 points and set a new career high by making six three-pointers. He led the team in scoring for the fourth time this season and fifth career time.

Donald Lawson reached 10 rebounds for the seventh time this season and 10th time in his career. He led the team in rebounding for the 15th time this season and 24th career time.

WMU fell to 58-62 all-time against Ohio with its second loss in a row in the series.

WMU lost its seventh straight game in Athens, Ohio, to the Bobcats.

WMU allowed a season-high 90 points, season-high 14 three-pointers, season-high .609 three-point field goal percentage against and season-high .542 field goal percentage against.

WMU led in bench points, 11-10, to fall to 11-3 when winning the battle of the benches.

This is just the second time this season that Western Michigan has lost a game by 11 or more points. The previous time was Dec. 11 at Illinois (88-53).

WMU fell to 3-6 this season when trailing at halftime.

WMU fell to 1-8 when being out-rebounded.

This is only the fourth time this season an opponent has scored 80 or more points against WMU.
