2016: Played in 33 games with 28 starts in the outfield and at DH … hit .216 with 17 runs, three doubles and three RBI … had five multiple hit games … went 3-for-4 with an RBI against Middle Tennessee on Feb. 27 … had back-to-back two-hit games against Florida A&M on March 5 and March 6 … went 2-for-5 with three runs and a double against Toledo on April 30. 

Junior College: Excelled in two seasons at College of San Mateo, batting .356 as a freshman and .351 as a sophomore.

High School: Two-sport athlete in high school, earning letters in baseball and basketball… led team to state tournament in 2012 and a conference championship in 2011… named First Team All-Pacific Athletic League as a senior in 2013, as well as second team all-county… named the Sophomore of the Year in San Mateo county in 2011, earning first team all-county and all-league honors.

Personal: Born Sept. 3, 1994… full name is Steve Raul Pastora… has four siblings, Kristobel, Edwin, Moira and Marc… son of Marcos and Sara Pastora.
