2006-07: One of the most versatile and prolific scorers in Bronco history, Eloms is a threat in all three sprint events, both horizontal jumps and all sprint relays. Eloms holds school records in the 60m dash, 100m dash, 200m dash, long jump (indoor), 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 and ran the lead leg on last year’s sprint medley relay, which won the Drake Relays and ended the season ranked No. 1 in the country. Eloms is one of the most feared anchor legs in MAC history, as evidenced by her blazing, come-from-behind, finish at last year’s MAC Outdoor Championships. It brought WMU a victory and a school record in the 4x100. An NCAA Regional qualifier in the 100m, Eloms has been WMU’s top scorer for the past two seasons and was elected one of the Broncos’ tri-captains for the 2008 season.
2005-06: Broncos’ leading scorer ... member of school record and MAC record 4x400 meter outdoor relay team that qualified for the NCAA Nationals and finished fifth at the NCAA Regional ... won the MAC Indoor Championship in the 4x400 relay ... tied the school record in the 60m at the MAC Indoor Championships on her way to a sixth-place finish ... set a new school record in the indoor long jump (19-6.25) with a fifth-place finish at the MAC Indoor Championships ... placed third in the 4x100 relay, second in the 4x400 relay, sixth in the 100m and seventh in the long jump at the MAC Outdoor Championships ... set a new school record in the 4x100 relay (45.87) at the Penn Relays ... improved her time in the 200m to 24.05 at the Sea Ray Relays, which is now third all-time.
2004-05: Sixth in the 200m at Indoor MAC Championships ... fifth in the 100m and 200m at first MAC Outdoor Championships and ran lead-off on fourth-place 4x100m relay ... ran the second fastest 100m and 200m outdoors in school history in her first season at WMU ... won her first collegiate race by winning the 55m in dual indoor meet against Toledo.
High School: Won the state championship in the 100m and anchored the 4x100m relay in a come-from-behind victory as a senior.
Personal: Majoring in family studies... daughter of Willie Phiepher and Fannie Eloms ... older brother, Cory, was All-MAC long jumper at Ball State ... born Dec. 26, 1985.
