in nine meets during the indoor season, primarily in the long jump,
triple jump, and 60m dash ... named first team All-Mac ... was MAC
champion in the long jump ... finished second in the long jump and sixth
in the triple jump at the Toledo Icebreaker (1/7) ... recorded a career best time of 57.93 in the 400m dash at the BGSU Challenge (1/15) ... finished second
in the 60m dash and sixth in the 200m dash at the Notre Dame
Invitational (1/22) ... placed first in the long jump at the Meyo
Invitational (2/4) ... placed fourth in the long jump at the prestigious
Tyson Invitational (2/12) ... placed first in the long jump and second
in both the high jump and 60m dash at Ball State (2/18) ... Placed
fourth in the triple jump with a career best distance of 39 feet and
four inches at the MAC Championship (2/25) ... was MAC champion in the
long jump with a distance of 19 feet and five and a half inches (2/25)

2009-10: Named First Team All-MAC during both indoor and outdoor seasons ... named Academic All-MAC for both indoor and outdoor seasons ... named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... broke the indoor long jump record three times during the indoor season with her best distance of 19-11.75 coming at the Tyson Invitational (2/12) ... took first place in the long jump, triple jump and 60m dash to help WMU win its fifth-straight Ball State Triangular meet (2/19) ... in addition to winning the long jump title at the Indoor MAC Championship, also took second as a part of the 4x400m relay team and scored with a fifth place finish in the 60m dash ... broke the outdoor long jump record three times during the season with her best distance of 20-9 coming as she qualified for the NCAA Championships at the NCAA East Preliminaries (5/27) ... turned in a distance of 20-5.00 to take the long jump title at the Sea Ray Relays (4/10) ... took fourth in the long jump at the prestigious Drake Relays (4/24) ... took first place in the long jump and the 100m dash at the Toledo Tune-Up (5/7) ... won titles in the long jump and as a part of the 4x400m relay team at the Outdoor MAC Championship, also scored in the 100m dash, taking fifth place, and as a part of the 4x100m relay team (5/15) ... finished in 18th at the Outdoor NCAA Championship in the long jump.
2008-09: Proved to be one of WMU’s most versatile competitors when adding hurdles to her repertoire ... named Academic All-MAC for both indoor and outdoor seasons ... placed second in the triple jump and the long jump to open the 2009 indoor season at the EMU Invitational ... finished in second place in the long jump at the Gladstein Invitational and later at the Michigan Intercollegiates ... ran a career-best time of 9.27 in the 60m hurdles and also finished in first place in the long jump at the Ball State Quad meet ... finished in second place to score in the long jump at the indoor MAC Championships ... finished in first place in the long jump at the Central Collegiates ... finished in third place in the long jump at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... took second place in the long jump to score at the outdoor MAC Championships and was also part of the MAC Championship 4x100 relay team ... named First Team All-MAC.
2007-08: Took sixth place in the long jump at the Indoor MAC Championships ... finished in first place in the long jump at the Jack Shaw Classic ... finished in third place in the long jump, seventh place in the triple jump, and was a part of the championship 4x100 relay team at the Outdoor MAC Championships ... competed in the long jump at the NCAA Mid East Regional Championships and the USTAF Junior Nationals
High School: Helped Alpena to back-to-back Big North Conference championships in 2006 and 2007 ... three-time all-state selection ... set six high school records in the long jump (19 feet), high jump (5-5), 100m dash (12.14), 200m dash (25.8), 4x100 relay and 4x200 relay ... four-time academic high school MVP ... four-year letterwinner ... member of the National Honor Society and a DARE role model.
