2009-10: Competed in the 400m dash and primarily the 800m run during the indoor season ... ran a personal-best 800m run time of 2:20.10 at the prestigious Mayo Invitational (2/5) ... ran a time of 2:20.11 to place fourth in the 800m run and help Broncos win the Ball State Triangular (2/19) ... competed primarily in the 800m run during the outdoor season ... placed 17th at the Alabama Relays in the 800m run with a then personal best time of 2:20.38, also setting a new personal best in the 400m dash with a time of 1:04.16 (3/25) ... placed sixth in the 800m run at the Illinois Twilight meet with a time of 2:21.39 (4/30) ... ran a personal-best time of 2:19.08 in the 800m run at the Toledo Tune-Up to take 12th place (5/7).

2008-09: Competed in the 400m dash and the 800m run during the indoor season ... set season-best mark in the 400m, 1:02.23, at the Gladstein Invitational ... set season best time in the 800m run, 2:27.65, at the Ball State Quad meet ... competed in the 400m hurdles and the 800m run during the outdoor season ... ran season-best time in the 400 hurdles. 1:06.48, at the Central Collegiates ... finished in third place in the 400 hurdles at the Jack Shaw Inivational ... set season-best mark in the 800m run, 2:24.43, at the Billy Hayes Invitational.

High School: Four year letter winner at Ypsilanti High School ... named first team All-Conference in 2008 ... earned All-State honors at MHSAA State Championships in 2008 ... part of winning 4x2 and 4x4 relay teams .... also lettered in basketball.
