2010-11: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, primarily in the 400m dash ... recorded a personal best time of 1:24.16 in the 500m run as well as placing a season high sixth in that event at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/22) ... ran a career best time of 27.81 in the 200m dash at the GVSU Big Meet (2/12) ... compiled a personal best time of 1:01.91 in the 400m dash at Ball State (2/18) ... competed in the 200m and 400m dash during the outdoor season ... ran a season-bset time of 27.44 seconds in the 200m at the EMU Twilight meet.

High School: Earned three varsity letters and three academic letters in track and field ... competed in the 200m dash, 400m dash and as a part of the 4x400m relay team.
