Vallabhaneni finishes fourth at the PGA Works Collegiate Individual Championship

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Senior Megha Vallabhaneni returned to the PGA Works Collegiate Championship and improved on her 2025 result by three spots.

After finishing the NCAA season with the Broncos, Vallabhaneni continued play at the 2026 PGA Works Collegiate Championship in the women's individual competition at The Palms down in West Palm Beach Florida. After setting two new program records last week, Vallabhaneni continued her strong play in the sunshine state, finishing fourth of the 15 golfers with a final score of 224 (+11).

Playing through the rain in the first round on Monday evening, Vallabhaneni had her highest score of the tournament at 77 (+6). She continued to improve on her score over the next two rounds, dropping her stroke count by two in the second round with a 75 (+4).

Vallabhaneni had her best round to end the tournament, closing out the Collegiate Championship with a round only one stroke above par at 72 to place fourth overall. UNC WIlmington's Alexis Faieta was the overall winner of the individual competition at two above par for a final score of 215. Faieta was the only player with multiple rounds under par over three days.
