MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- Western Michigan gymnast
Reilan Garvey was named the Mid-American Conference Freshman of the Year as the Broncos finished tied for third place at the 2025 MAC Gymnastics Championship at Central Michigan on Saturday.
The Broncos finished with a final score of 195.300, falling just short of Eastern Michigan (195.525) and champions Central Michigan (195.725). Kent State finished tied for third with WMU.
Western Michigan senior
Gigi Singh and sophomore Julie Korhfage finished tied for third place on beam with scores of 9.825. Senior
Cassie St. Clair finished tied for third on floor with a score of 9.875.
As a team, WMU's strongest evet on the day was the floor. Garvey had a 9.800, followed by
Hannah Milton with a 9.800. Senior
DonnaKathryn Roy had a 9.800, while freshman
Kennedy Cooper had a 9.750. The event finished with St. Clair's 9.875 and senior
Ally Schaupp's 9.850.

Halle Faulkner had a 9.800 to lead the Broncos in the final vault of her career.
