KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- Seven current and former members of the Western Michigan football team have been named to the 2024 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society.
Mitch Bartol (3.75, MBA), Boone Bonnema (3.75 MBA), Trevor Campbell (3.82 MBA), Jehlani Galloway (3.50, Organizational Leadership), Jacob Gideon (3.50, MBA), Adam Vandervest (3.55, Sport Management) and Addison West (3.50. MBA) were all given the prestigious honor.
To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a senior player that will graduate in the spring/summer and just completed the final year of his playing eligibility; or a graduated player that must have been out of high school for at least three years. The student-athlete also must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and have been a starter or contributor throughout the season.
Bonnema, Gideon, Vandervest, West and the rest of the Bronco are in the middle of Spring Football, culminating with WMU's annual Spring Showcase on Saturday, April 20. For more details, click here.
