KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Details for Western Michigan football's annual Spring Showcase on April 20 have been released, with events beginning at 12 p.m.
The tailgate runs from 12-1:30 p.m. and will be inside Waldo Stadium near Gate 1. Entry for the Showcase and the fan events is free and there is a $15 per person option for all you can eat food and a cash bar is available. Fans can register online:

Player autographs will begin at 12 p.m. Games, activities and face painting will also be available. Fans can also grab a poster while supplies last.
Fans are also encouraged to park in Lot 13 (across from the WMU Student Recreation Center) and walk on the path along the WMU Track & Field Complex before crossing Stadium Drive.
The Broncos are fresh off their first scrimmage on Saturday, marking the halfway-point of Spring Football. Head Coach
Lance Taylor has been leading the team through some changes, with a new offensive coordinator in
Walt Bell and a new defensive coordinator in
Scott Power. Western Michigan also has new positions coaches:
Darren Paige as running backs coach,
Drew Moulton as tight ends coach, and
Brandon Lacy as defensive ends coach.
Following the tailgate, the Broncos' Spring Showcase will kick off at 2 p.m.
Western Michigan opens the 2024 regular season on the road at Wisconsin on Saturday, Aug. 31. The Broncos host Bethune-Cookman on Saturday, Sept. 14 for its annual CommUniverCity game. Season ticket deposit and information is available at
