KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan football team landed seven student-athletes on the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team.
To be eligible, an undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average. A graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA as both an undergraduate and a grad student unless they are in their first semester as a graduate student and don't have an established graduate GPA. Student-athletes must also have competed in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.

Blake Bosma (3.79,Food Marketing), graduate student linebacker
James Camden (3.83, MBA), redshirt freshman guard
Gavin Dabo (3.67, Finance), redshirt junior kicker
Palmer Domschke (3.84, Sport Management), redshirt sophomore punter
Ryan Millmore (3.67, Accountancy), and graduate student offensive tackle
Adam Vandervest (3.94, Sport Management).
Baker and Dabo both earn the honors in their first season being eligible. Bosma wraps up his career with his third time making the team, while Domschke, Millmore and Vandervest both earn it for the second time. Camden earns it for the second time in his career but first as a Bronco, previously being named Academic All-District in 2023 while at Cincinnati.Â
