KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan gymnastics team heads to the University of Pittsburgh for the NCAA Regional Championships on March 31 at 2 p.m.
The Broncos will compete against No. 7 California, No. 10 Michigan State and West Virginia. This is the first time in program history that Western Michigan competes in the second round, by-passing the play-in meet. This the third time the Broncos have been selected to a NCAA Regional in the modern era. WMU competed in 2021 down at the University of Georgia in the play-in round, falling to N.C. State 196.425-195.075. Last season, WMU traveled to Auburn and fell to Iowa State 195.750-193.575.
