Taking on the Spartans
It's the second straight season WMU will play Michigan State inside the Breslin Center. WMU fell to the Spartans last season 95-62. It's just the third meeting between the two programs since 1998.
Shocking the World
November 21, 2007 was the last time WMU defeated a ranked opponent. The Broncos beat No. 25 Davidson and NBA star Stephen Curry, 83-76 in Kalamazoo.
A First for Everything
Monday's contest between Western Michigan and Adrian College will be the first time the two programs have met. It will also be the first home game for first-year head coach
Clayton Bates.

Rafael Cruz Jr., led the way with 14 points off the bench followed by junior
