Western Michigan vs. North Dakota State

1^st Half

• ·         Shayne Whittington and Brandon Pokley ended the first half both with double digit points scoring 21 of the Broncos' 28 points
• ·         David Brown has been all over the North Dakota offense grabbing   two steals and four rebounds.
• ·         Western Michigan has scored 12 points off turnovers in the first half compared to North Dakota State's six.

2^nd Half

• ·         David Brown was explosive in the second half putting up 12 points and propelling the Broncos into overtime with several crucial shots toward the end of regulation.
• ·         Connar Tava and David Brown lead the Broncos in regulation with six rebound each.
• ·         WMU outshot the Bison in the second half by over 10% from the floor.

OT

• ·         Brandon Pokley ended the game with career highs in points (18) and steals (2).
• ·         Connar Tava hit the game winning free throw with under 30 seconds left in the game.
• ·         WMU now leads the all-time series against North Dakota State 2-1 following today's win.
• ·         Coach Hawkins is now 3-3 in post season play while at Western Michigan, and the Broncos improve their overall postseason record to 6-7.
