Pre-Game
-WMU defeated Ferris State on Friday night 4-2
-WMU captain Dane Walters scored two goals both on the power play.
-The Broncos look to extend their win streak to five games.
-This is the 33rd consecutive start for WMU goalie Frank Slubowski.
-FSU has the second ranked scoring offense in the CCHA, WMU held them to just two goals.
-WMU after Friday night's win improves to 6-0-1 in their last seven games against Ferris State.

First Period
-The Broncos were on two power plays in the period.
-WMU and Ferris State tied at 0-0 after first period.
-WMU is oushooting the Bulldogs 13-8 in the period.

-Dane Walters and Dan DeKeyser both had three shots on goal.

Second Period
-Ferris State started off the period with 18 seconds left on a power play.
-FSU Garrett Thompson scores on the breakaway goal, his second of the series.
-WMU is 2-3 when their opponent scores first.  
-WMU outshout FSU 11-10 in the period and 24-18 for the game.
-The Broncos are 2-3 when trailing after two periods.
-There have been five penalties through throughout the game.
-Dan DeKeyser leads the Broncos with five shots through two periods.

Third Period
-WMU receives a power play with four minutes left in the game.
-Power play goal by Chase Balisy , his sixth goal of the season.
-WMU on another power play with three minutes left in the game.
-Mike Leone scores the power play goal to put WMU ahead 2-1.
-That is Leone's second goal of the season, both coming against Ferris State.
-The Broncos have scored two goals in the final four minutes of the game.
-WMU outshoot the Bulldogs 11-8 in the third period.  
-WMU wins 2-1.
 
Post-Game
-The Broncos extend their winning streak to five games.
-Frank Slubowski is now on a five-game winning streak as well.
-During the win streak, WMU is averaging three goals a game.
-The Broncos outshot FSU 35-36, making WMU 8-1 when outhshooting their opponent.
