2008-09: Competed in the 5k and 6k during cross country season, mile run and 3,000m run during indoor, and 3,000m steeple chase and 5,000m run during the outdoor season ... ran a personal best of 26:08.4 in the 6k during the George Dales Invitational ... ran a personal-best time of 11:39.20 in the indoor 3,000m run at the Gladstein Invitational ... ran a personal-best time of 20:07.00 in the outdoor 5,000m run at the Central Collegiates.

2007-08: Competed in the 4k and 5k during the cross country season. Grube also competed in the mile run and 3,000 meter run during the indoor season. She ran a season best 5:47.35 time in the mile run at the Notre Dame Invitational. Grube also competed in the 1,500 and 800 meter run during the outdoor season, posting a personal best in the 1,500 at the Alabama Relays.

2006-07: Competed once in the 800m run and four times in the mile run during the indoor season with a personal best 2:38.11 and 5:44.46, respectively ... competed in the 1500m run three times during the outdoor season with a personal best of 5:29.19 at the Jack Shaw Classic.

High School: Lettered in track and cross country all four years of high school ... member of school record setting 4x800 relay during her junior year ... two-time all-conference performer in cross country during her sophomore and junior years ... helped lead the Raiders to a sectional championship in 2005 ... qualified for the state meet in cross country in 2004 and the state meet in the 4x800 relay in 2003 and 2005 ... earned all-conference honors in 2003 and 2005 in the 4x800 ... finished fifth at the cross country regionals in 2005 to earn all-region accolades.

Personal: Majoring in dietetics and Spanish ... daughter of Steve and Julie Grube ... has two sisters, Meg and Brenna ... Meg is a member of the track team at Grand Valley State ... born Nov. 13, 1987.
