LAST TIME OUT
Western Michigan drew against Ball State in a 1-1 contest. The Broncos remained undefeated in conference play through the first two games, bringing Lewis Robinsons' career MAC record to 32-5-10.

Camryn Huhn scored the lone goal for the Broncos, marking her second goal of the season. 

FAGERSON ON FIRE
Tessa Fagerson has provided the offensive spark for the Broncos over her last two games. The transfer from DePaul netted a pair of goals against Ohio in WMU's 3-2 comeback victory on Sept.17, including an assist to Kaiya Stewart. The performance pushed her season total to a team-leading four goals and served as the key factor in the comeback against Ohio. 

Fagerson carried that attacking presence into the following match against Ball State, where she registered four shots, two of which were shots on goal. She would finish the week totaling two goals and one assist across those two games. Over that stretch, Fagerson has helped provide a consistent threat in the attacking third as the Broncos move deeper in to MAC play. 

CLOSING IN ON 50
Lewis Robinson enters the matchup against Toledo on the cusp of a milestone victory as he sits just one win away from his 50th win as the head coach of the Western Michigan Women's Soccer program. Since the beginning of his tenure in 2022, Robinson has established WMU as one of the premier soccer programs in the MAC. Under his leadership, the Broncos sport a 49-21-19 overall record, appearing twice in the NCAA tournament over the last three seasons.

The Broncos have been especially dominant in MAC play under Robinsons' leadership, only dropping one regular-season match against another conference opponent since the beginning of the 2023 season. Robinson's next victory will mark his 50th win as Western Michigan head coach and adds another milestone to a tenure that has featured sustained success for the Broncos.

SCOUTING THE ROCKETS
The Rockets are 5-2-2, featuring a 1-0-1 conference record thus far. 

The Broncos lead the all-time series against the Rockets 20-10-4, most recently a 3-0 Broncos win on Sept. 28, 2025.

The Rockets are lead by MAC-leading goal scorer Ella Zoerhoff, who has netted eight goals in her nine games played thus far. In net, Toledo is lead by Paige Dornheggen. She comes into the match up with a 0.94 GAA and a .810 save percentage through her nine games started. Her 34 saves rank her second in the MAC.
