CLEVELAND -- Western Michigan golfers Macy Beeson, Jenna Hayes and Megha Vallabhaneni have been named to the 2025 Women's Golf Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team. 

The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests scheduled or completed in the particular sport. First-year students and any transfer students in their first year of residence are not eligible for the award. Outstanding academic and athletic accomplishments for the current season only are considered.

Beeson, a sophomore, earns the honors for the first time in her career and has a 3.52 GPA in sport management. Hayes and Vallabhanenni, both juniors, earn the honors the for second-straight season. Hayes boasts a 3.97 GPA in finance, while Vallabhanneni as 3.90 in sales & business marketing.
