Golf Wraps Up Regular Season This Weekend at OSU's Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Western Michigan golf team wraps up the 2024-25 regular season this weekend at Ohio State's Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational.

The Broncos will be up against some of the nation's best teams in both Division I and Division II. The host Buckeyes are ranked 17th in the nation, while Michigan State is No. 25. Findley is ranked fifth in DII and No. 8 Grand Valley State will also be competing on the weekend. The 13-team field also features MAC foes Ball State, Kent State and Northern Illinois. 

The teams will play 36 holes on OSU's Scarlet Course on Saturday and follow it up with 18 on Sunday, beginning at 8:30 a.m. both days. The Scarlet Course measures out to 6,319 and plays as a par 72. 

Western Michigan then heads to the 2025 MAC Championship, hosted by Ball State at the Delaware Country Club in Muncie, Ind. The tournament runs from  Sunday, April 20-22.
