BOSTON, Mass -- Danielle Rinn stole the show for the Western Michigan track and field team at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, which was hosted by Boston University on Feb. 9.
Rinn paced the Broncos in the 3,000-meter run, notching a time of 9:36.60, which was good for seventh in program history.
Lillian Zelasko wasn't far behind, as she grabbed a time of 9:40.58, which puts her in eighth place in program history.
Kayla Schiera and
Annalise James also competed in the event and posted strong times. Schiera finished the race in a time of 9:47.66 and James collected a time of 9:53.04. Schiera's time was the 10th best in program history.
UP NEXT
The Broncos' next meet will be the MAC Championships on Feb. 23-24. The championship event is being hosted by Eastern Michigan.
