KALAMAZOO, Mich. – After going undefeated against No. 8 Colorado College this past weekend, the Western Michigan hockey team was able to vault in this week's rankings.
The Broncos were No. 9 in both the USCHO and USA Hockey/The Rink Live polls this week. WMU jumped up four spots in the USCHO poll and two in the USA Hockey poll. Western Michigan has made an appearance in the top 10 every season under coach

Denver, Colorado College, St. Cloud State and North Dakota joined the Broncos in the national rankings, while Arizona State was receiving votes. WMU has been ranked in every poll this season. Western Michigan has been nationally ranked since Oct. 11, 2021.
The Brown and Gold will be back on the road this weekend, squaring off with Minnesota Duluth on Nov. 22-23. Friday's game at AMSOIL Arena will begin at 8 PM ET. The Broncos are 6-1-1 overall and 3-0-1 in NCHC play.
