SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- The Western Michigan golf team wraps up its Fall Season on Monday and Tuesday at the Terrier Intercollegiate hosted by Wofford College at the Carolina Country Club.
The Broncos are in the 12-team field along with the host Terriers, IU Indianapolis, UNC Ashville, Queens University of Charlotte, Elon, South Carolina Upstate, Samford, Gardner-Webb, South Dakota State, Presbyterian and Lamar. WMU returns to the tournament for the first time since 2022, when it was held at Moss Creek Golf Club in Hilton Head. Jenna Hayes, then a freshman, finished just two strokes outside of the Top 20.

Along with the solid team finishes, WMU has had several quality individual finishes. Sophomore Bella Brooks finished runner-up at the Ball State's Brittany Kelly Classic. Junior Megha Vallabhaneni has finished in the top 20 of every tournament and in the top ten of three of the four, including a fourth-place finish at the A-Ga-Ming Invitational
After Tuesday, the Broncos will be off on until Feb. 10-11, 2025 when they compete at the San Diego State Classic. Western Michigan then hosts the annual Rio Verde Invitational Feb. 21-23 at the Rio Verde Country Club.
