Times for Six WMU Football Games Announced

KALAMAZOO – Game times for six Western Michigan football games for the 2023 season have been announced.

WMU opens its first season under new head coach Lance Taylor on Thursday, Aug. 31 at 7 p.m. The home-opener will also be broadcast on ESPN+.

Western Michigan's second road game of the season, at Iowa on Saturday, Sept. 16 will be at 3:30 p.m. on the Big Ten Network.

The Broncos welcome Miami for Homecoming/Hall of Fame Weekend on Saturday, Oct. 14. The Broncos and the Redhawks will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. with television/streaming coverage still to be determined.

Western Michigan knows the timing for all three of its Mid-week #MACtion games. The Broncos open their midweek section of their schedule hosting Central Michigan for the Battle for the Cannon on Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m. Coverage will be provided by ESPN2/U or CBS Sports Network. WMU is on the road at Northern Illinois on Tuesday, Nov. 14 with a kickoff of 7 p.m. on ESPN2/U or CBS Sports Network. The Broncos close out the regular season at home on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 7/7:30 p.m. on ESPN2/U.
