CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced the 2023 Indoor Track and Field Academic All-MAC Team on Tuesday. A total of 212 student-athletes were named to this year's squad, including eight honorees from Western Michigan. 

The Academic All-MAC honor is for student-athletes who have excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.

The Broncos were represented by: Lily Kucharek (Pre-Digital Marketing), Katelyn Spooner (Accountancy), Claira Gilchrist (Environmental & Sustainability Studies), Ann Marie Jordan (Occupational Therapy), Brooke Soper (Digital Media and Journalism), Annalise James (Exercise Science), Maggie Raab (Entrepreneurship) and Delaney Knoll (Pre-Finance).
