KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan baseball Mid-American Conference series against Eastern Michigan has been relocated to Nick Denes Field in Bowling Green, Ky., on the campus of Western Kentucky University, it was announced on Thursday.
The Broncos and Eagles had been scheduled to begin a three-game set on Friday afternoon at Robert J. Bobb Stadium at Hyames Field, but the two programs agreed to relocate the series due to the weather forecast in Kalamazoo for this weekend. WMU and EMU are now set to play a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 1 pm, with the series finale slated for 1 pm on Sunday. Live stats for the entire series will be available through 
StatBroadcast. 
The series was set to be the Home Opener for Western Michigan, but the Broncos will now wait to begin their home schedule until Wednesday, March 22, against Michigan State.
