KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team hosts Illinois State on Friday at 1 p.m. for its final non-conference home match before beginning Mid-American Conference play in two weeks.

The Broncos (3-5) are looking to snap a four-match losing streak, with three of the four coming away from the friendly confines of West Hills Athletic Club. Last weekend the Broncos fell at home to Drake, 4-3, before going on the road and stumbling at Indiana, 5-2.
Illinois State (4-5) picked up wins in each of its first three matches and have gone 1-5 since. The Redbirds recently dropped a double-header at Arkansas, losing both matches 4-0. ISU's last win came against Arkansas-Fort Smith, 6-1, back on Feb. 4.
Western Michigan heads back on the road for one last match before beginning MAC play, traveling to Michigan State to take on the Spartans next Friday at 5 p.m. The Broncos open conference play hosting Binghamton on Friday, March 10 at 1 p.m. and then welcome Buffalo the following Sunday at 1 p.m. Admission to all WMU home matches is free.
