KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan men's tennis team hosts the Mid-American Conference Men's Tennis Indoor Qualifying Event this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at West Hills Athletic Club.
Action begins at 9 a.m. on Friday and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free. Live scoring will be provided for the top singles and doubles flights only.
The winner of the Singles A Draw and the Doubles A Draw advance on to the ITA Conference Masters tournament for a chance to earn a spot at the NCAA Individual Championships.
In top singles draw, the Broncos fielding freshman
Chen-Hui Ho and junior
Ashton Adesoro. Adesoro has a bye into the quarterfinals, while Ho takes on Northern Illinois' Nikola Puntaric in the opening round.
