Noah James drew in multiple TopDrawerSoccer postseason honors for the 2023 campaign this season after a stellar freshman campaign.
In 22 appearances and 20 starts, James tallied one goal and three assists for the Brown and Gold. His lone goal in 2023 proved to be the game-winner in WMU's victory over in-state rival Oakland on Wednesday, October 11. James would also assist in the Brown and Gold's 5-4 win over Dayton, 2-2 tie at Villanova, and 3-1 win over Northern Illinois. At the conclusion of the season, TopDrawerSoccer ranked James as the seventh-best freshman in the class of 2027. His efforts allowed him to not only rank inside the top 10 of all freshman, he was named a TopDrawerSoccer Freshman All-American too.
