Men’s Soccer Climbs to 18 in United Soccer Coaches Poll

ORLANDO -- For the second straight week, the Western Michigan men's soccer team has held its own in the United Soccer Coaches poll. Tuesday evening, the Broncos jumped from last week's 23rd rank to a season best 18th in the latest poll, with a total of 64 points received.

This year, WMU has fared well against nationally ranked opponents, posting a 2-1 record versus teams inside the top 25. This season, the Broncos defeated #20 UIC 1-0 and #10 Missouri State 2-1, with both matches taking place away from WMU Soccer Complex.

The Broncos currently sit with 12 wins, one loss, and three ties entering the final week of the regular season.

The Brown and Gold anticipates to improve their program record unbeaten streak tomorrow in a road matchup against Bradley at 8:00 PM ET. The men's soccer team will be looking to capture its 16th consecutive game without a loss against the Braves.
