CLEVELAND – Seventeen student-athletes from the Western Michigan football team have earned spots on the 2022 Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team, as released by the conference on Monday afternoon.
Western Michigan was tied for fourth-most in the conference. Redshirt freshman tight end Blake Bosma was one of just five of the 190 student-athletes to boast a perfect 4.0 GPA, majoring in business entrepreneurship. Ten of WMU's 17 selections had a GPA of at least 3.50.
