This Saturday's game at Miami is the final Saturday game for the Broncos this regular season. After Saturday it's #MACtion for four straight games before the regular season closes out with a 12 p.m. Black Friday home game against Toledo. WMU opens #MACtion at Bowling Green on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. on ESPN2 and then hosts Northern Illinois on Wednesday, Nov. 9. WMU's final mid-week game is The Battle for the Cannon at Central Michigan on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Junior running back Sean Tyler sits atop the Mid-American Conference in all-purpose yards per game and ranks 14th in the nation at 139.43. He had 179 all-purpose yards against the bobcats and has a season-high of 193 against San Jose State. His 23.9 yards per kick off return has him ranked in the top 25 in the country and second in the conference as well. 

LOOKING FOR THE FIREWORKS
The Western Michigan offense ranks 11th in the Mid-American Conference in total offense, averaging 305.7 yards per game through seven games this season. The low output has resulted in just 14 plays of 20+ yards so far. Nine of those have been passes plays and five have been rushing. The Broncos also have five of those plays going for 50-yards or more.

Junior linebacker Zaire Barnes ranks 28th in the nation and ninth in the MAC in tackles per game at 9.3. Barnes has had double-digit tackles in three consecutive games, including a career-high 13 against Ohio. He is the team's leading tackler and has also produced four tackles for loss and three pass breakups.

For the first time since the 2018 season the Broncos have had an announced attendance of 20,000+ at three home games this season. Only Toledo has matched Western Michigan so far this season.
