KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan track and field team heads to Drake University, taking a small group for the Jim Duncan Invitational on Friday.

Set to compete for the Broncos are
Courtney Allen,
Aniya Davis,
Brittney Hall,
Annalise James,
Emma Pachay,
Mary Raclawski,
Charlotte Ramser,
Paisley Sipes and
Brooke Soper.

Raclawski will be competing in the 400-meter dash, Allen and Pachay will compete in the 800-meter run, James and Soper are set to run in the 1,500-meter run, Sipes, Hall and Ramser will run in the 5,000-meter run and Davis will compete in the hammer throw.

A Western Michigan student-athlete has won at least one event at each of the three meets the team has competed at this season. Davis, a senior from Grand Rapids, Mich., has won four. She enters Friday's meet with three victories in the discus and one in the hammer throw, which she won last week at the Hilltopper Relays hosted by Eastern Kentucky.

WMU heads slightly north to Allendale, Mich., and Grand Valley State next weekend for the GVSU Al Owens Classic on Friday and Saturday.
