KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan golf program and head coach
Kim Moore have announced the signing of Ally Barth to a National Letter of Intent, with Barth joining the program for the 2021-22 season.
Barth joins the Broncos from Flower Mound, Texas, where she helped Flower Mound High School to a district championship in 2018-19 and qualify for the state tournament. Barth decreased her average every season, finishing off her career at 80.5. She was named Second Team All-District in 2019-20.
"As soon as I stepped onto the campus I knew that this was going to be my home for the next four years," said Barth.
"We are so excited to be adding a talent like Ally to our program for the next four years," said Moore. "Her achievements in both golf and the classroom will make her an excellent Bronco. I have no doubt that she will make an immediate impact to our team's championship culture. I can't wait to have her get to campus this coming fall!"
Barth joins Madeline Blum (Port Huron, Mich./Marysville High School) for the 2021-22 recruiting class. Blum signed back in December.
