Box Score KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Western Michigan men's tennis team was victorious in its first home contest in more than five weeks, sweeping Ferris State 7-0 at the West Hills Athletic Club on Tuesday afternoon. The Broncos had played eight consecutive matches away from Kalamazoo prior to today.

Peter Kuszynski teamed up in No. 1 doubles, prevailing over Mathis Guerre and Yannic Mader without dropping a set. Senior

The Broncos won all six singles matches against the Bulldogs to complete the sweep, with five of those contests ending in straight set victories. Opitz, Nouchi and Kuszynski all improved to 7-4 in dual singles play this season, while Honnappa earned his first collegiate dual singles win, beating Swirzcek 6-0, 6-2 at the No. 6 position.
Western Michigan will continue its home stand this Friday, welcoming Youngstown State and Chicago State for a pair of non-conference matches.
