KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan men's tennis team is set for its regular season finale on Friday, April 12, hosting the University of Toledo at 2 p.m. during senior day indoors at West Hills Athletic Club.Â
LAST TIME OUT
Western Michigan earned its second 5-2 road win of the season over Ball State last weekend to remain undefeated in the Mid-American Conference at 6-0 and lock up the top seed for the MAC Tournament and at least a share of the regular season title for the second consecutive season. WMU will be seeking sole possession of the conference regular season title, the 25th in program history.Â
SENIOR DAY
Five Bronco seniors will be honored prior to their final regular season match in Brown & Gold.

Eric Olivarez Jr.,
Nick Schnobel, and
Matej Svjetlicic will be recognized for their contribution to the program. Over the past four years this senior class has guided Western Michigan to four consecutive winning seasons with a total of 73 victories, two MAC regular season and tournament championships along with two NCAA Tournament appearances.
KUSZYNSKI AND RANDALL RANKED IN ITA DOUBLES

Jack Randall are ranked among the top 90 in ITA's latest national doubles rankings for the second consecutive week, coming in at No. 88. The pair is unbeaten in their last six matches and has twice been named MAC Doubles Team of the Week.Â
ABOUT TOLEDO
The Broncos hold a 63-8 series advantage over the Rockets, including a pair of wins last season in Toledo, Ohio. Toledo currently sits in third place in the MAC standings with a 3-2 conference record, coming off a 4-3 loss to Buffalo last Friday.Â
MAC CHAMPIONSHIP
For the 12th time in program history, Western Michigan will host the 2019 MAC Tournament April 19-21, taking place at Sorensen Courts/West Hills Athletic Club. The Tournament has transitioned back to a six-team format for the first time since 2012, with the top two seeds receiving a bye straight to the semifinals. The Broncos previously hosted the tournament in 2017, falling to the No. 1 seed Buffalo 4-3 in the championship. WMU secured the top seed with a win last weekend.
