Overall thoughts…

“We are disappointed with the way we started the game. They are a very good team. They've beat some good teams this year, and they have a lot of fire power. I didn't like the way we started the game, especially with their fire power. After the first ten minutes we played some good hockey.”

On Frank's performance…

“The story of the game is that we gave up one but we basically wasted the first ten minutes of the hockey game because we weren't as good as we needed to be. We had chances to finish that we didn't as well. When you're trailing by one in the third period and you tie it you have to take some gratification from that.”

On special team's performance…

“They are very aggressive on the penalty kill. We found a way to get a power play goal which was huge for us to tie it. You just have to keep battling and stay on pucks. They are a hardworking team and you have to work that way yourself. I liked our effort. I just thought we wasted ten minutes at the start of the game. But it was a pretty tight game.”

On Justin Kovac's…

“Tonight Justin would be the one to tell you that his game hasn't been as good as it has been. I just think he knows that he can be better and tonight was not one of them. But he did get involved in the goal.”
