2022-23: Played in 30 games … missed the final nine games of the season due to injury … named to the NCHC Academic All-Conference Team … finished the season with 16 points on nine goals and seven assists … tallied six power play goals … scored a goal in his season debut at Alaska Anchorage … had two points in a 7-1 victory over Miami (OH), posting a goal and an assist … scored in back-to-back games against Michigan … collected two assists in an 8-2 victory over Ferris State in the Great Lakes Invitational … registered his final point of the season, an assist vs. Omaha. 

2021-22: Played in 22 games … named to the NCHC Academic All-Conference Team … finished the season with six points on one goal and five assists … recorded his first point of the season, an assist, in a win at Miami (OH) … had two assists in a series at St. Cloud State … scored his lone goal of the season in a 6-4 victory vs. Denver … posted two assists in a 5-3 triumph vs. Miami (OH). 

2020-21: Season shortened due to COVID-19 ...  named to NCHC Academic All-Conference team ... played in career-high 24 games recording two goals and one assist ... netted first collegiate goal ni 3-3 tie at Miami ... netted second career goal in 5-2 win over the RedHawks. 

2019-20: Played in nine games ... made season debut against Bowling Green (10/12).

2018-19: Played in 19 games ... named to NCHC All-Academic Team ... made collegiate debut at Bowling Green ... recorded first collegiate point, an assist, in 5-1 win over UConn ... recorded second career assist at Omaha. 

Juniors: Rome finished his second year of junior hockey with the Victoria Grizzlies of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) in 2017-18. Rome was the second-leading scorer in the BCHL with 70 points (22g-48a) in 55 games played. A key piece on the man advantage, Rome led the Grizzlies with 16 assists on the power play, along with four goals. Rome closed out the regular season on a 11-game point streak Jan. 26-Feb. 25 with 25 points (8g-17a) as the team finished first in its division with a 32-18-4-4 record. Throughout two seasons in the BCHL, Rome averaged just over a point a game with 113 career points (42g-71a) in 111 games.
