2019-20: Season shortened due to COVID-19 outbreak ... named to NCHC Academic All-Conference Team ... appeared in career-high 31 games, registering career highs in all scoring categories with 20 points on 16 assists and four goals ... tallied assists in 6-3 win and 4-4 tie at Colorado College (11/1-2) ... netted first goal of the season against North Dakota (12/7) ... had four game assist streak, tallying seven helpers during the streak (1/11-24) ... netted goal in 5-2 win at Omaha (1/31) ... recorded two assists in 8-4 win over RPI (2/7) ... netted goal in 4-1 win at Miami (2/15) ... netted a goal and tallied an assist in 8-4 win over MIami (3/7).

2018-19: Played in 26 games on the season ... named to NCHC Academic All-Conference Team ... finished with 10 points on three goals and seven assists ... made collegiate debut against Bowlng Green ... recorded first career point, an assist, in 4-3 win over Ferris State ... netted first career goal in 5-0 win at Ferris State ... netted two goals, including the game-winner in, in 7-2 victory over Omaha ... had assists in wins over UConn, Miami, Denver and North Dakota. 

Juniors: Gallant was a three-year junior hockey veteran of the United States Hockey League (USHL), spending time with the Fargo Force and the Omaha Lancers. In 170 career games in the league, Gallant amassed 83 points, with 33 goals and 50 assists. Gallant captained the 2017-18 Omaha Lancers squad, finishing third on the team in scoring with 52 points (15g-37a) in 59 games played. A vital piece of the power play unit, Gallant totaled 18 points (5g-13) on the man advantage. Additionally, Gallant tied for the team lead with six game-winnings goals and a +21 plus/minus rating. In six playoff games, Gallant led the Lancers with six points (4g-2a) as the team fell in the quarterfinal round of the Clark Cup playoffs. Gallant played youth hockey with Honeybaked Hockey Club along with Little Caesars Hockey Club.
