2019-20: Season cut short due to COVID-19 outbreak ... played in career-high 33 games, also registering a career high in every scoring category with 17 points on nine goals and eight assists ... tallied first collegiate hat trick and first career four-point game with three goals and an assist in 8-2 win at Ferris State (11/9) ...  talled goals in three-straight games, twice at Minnesota-Duluth and once against Colorado College (1/10-17) ... tallid a goal and an assist in 8-4 win over RPI (2/7). 

2018-19: Played in just 13 games, having season cut short due to injury ... made collegiate debut in 4-3 win at Ferris State ... recorded first career point, an assist, in 6-2 win at North Dakota ... netted first collegiate goal in 3-2 win over Niagara and followed it up with a second goal the following night in a 7-3 win. 

Juniors: Kingston is a three-year junior hockey veteran, spending time in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL), Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL), and the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL). In 2017-18, Kingston was an assistant captain with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks on the BCHL, where he led the team in scoring with 50 points (24g-26a) in 54 games played, finishing among the top-15 goal scorers in the league. Throughout his junior career, Kingston totaled 53 goals, including 80 points (40g-40a) in the BCHL.
